XLVI Congresso Nazionale ANDAF
L'intelligenza artificiale (AI) sta rivoluzionando numerosi settori, trasformando profondamente il modo in cui operano le aziende e le amministrazioni pubbliche. Durante il XLVI Congresso Nazionale ANDAF che si terrà dal 19 al 21 settembre 2024, verranno esaminati i sistemi esperti, le reti neurali, l'apprendimento profondo e l'intelligenza generativa, inclusi modelli Pre-trained e Transformer, evidenziando come queste tecnologie rappresentino un punto di svolta.Saranno affrontati i temi della regolamentazione dell'AI, della sua filiera e delle infrastrutture di supporto. Direttiva NIS2: le sfide e gli impatti nel contesto ligure
La Direttiva NIS2, entrata in vigore il 16 gennaio 2023, si configura come l’evoluzione della NIS del 2018, che stabilisce le misure minime per un livello comune di sicurezza delle reti e dei sistemi informativi nell’Unione Europea.Con l'obiettivo di rafforzare le capacità di resilienza e di risposta agli incidenti di sicurezza degli operatori di servizi di vitale importanza per le principali attività sociali ed economiche dell'UE, la NIS2, che dovrà essere recepita dagli Stati Membri entro il 17 ottobre 2024, introduce obblighi e disposizioni aggiuntive rispetto al passato:riprende e rafforza i requisiti di sicurezza previsti dalla NIS;si applica non più solo alle grandi e medie imprese, ma anche alle piccole e micro imprese che operano in settori chiave per la Società;amplia il proprio perimetro d’azione e si estende a nuovi settori che prima la NIS non includeva;prevede, in caso di mancata conformità, sanzioni amministrative (fino a € 10 milioni o al 2% del fatturato globale dell’anno precedente) e l’attribuzione di responsabilità agli organi di amministrazione dei soggetti coinvolti.L’evento, organizzato da PwC Italia presso i propri uffici di Genova, sarà l’occasione per CIO, CISO e IT Manager per approfondire:le implicazioni e gli impatti della Direttiva NIS2 per il contesto ligure in relazione ai punti chiave dell’adeguamento alla normativa;le opportunità per le imprese di migliorare la propria postura di sicurezza e ottenere una maggiore resilienza operativa, aumentando al contempo consapevolezza ed engagement all’interno dell’organizzazione.Seguirà Aperitivo.L’evento è su invito, il numero di posti in sala è limitato.
